Selling

At present I'm selling everything through etsy or madeit, this offers peace of mind and security for both buyer and seller. All prices will be charged in your local currency thanks to Paypal. Prices are shown on bluegiraffeshop.com initially in the currency for which the item is for sale with an approximate exchange shown beneath, the conversion price is not guaranteed and final prices should be checked on Paypal or against current exchange rates.

Payment

Please pay for all purchases via Paypal, you do not need to have an account as you can simply enter a credit or debit card without registering and with the beauty of full peace of mind.

Postage

Once payment has been received I will endeavour to post items the next day with the following postage.

Australia

All items will be sent by AusPost - expected delivery time 1-3 days.

UK

All items will be sent by Airmail - expected delivery time 4-7 days.

USA & Canada

All items will be sent by Airmail - expected delivery time 4-8 days.

Other destinations

All items will be sent by Airmail but delivery times are dependant on distance from Australia.

Packaging

All jewellery is delivered in a presentation box, most colour requests can be accommodated although bear in mind if I don't have it in stock it will take longer for your purchase to be posted. If you would like to add gift wrapping then please contact me for pricing and purchase details.

Alterations

The majority of items can be altered on request, whether this be free necklace or bracelet resizing or an upgrade of £2 to sterling silver or gold fastings from a silver or gold plated faster.

Guarantees

No refunds will be offered on earrings for hygiene reasons. Rings can be returned if they are the wrong size (although they make great presents for friends) however, return postage will need to be covered by the buyer and original postage will not be refunded. Favourite piece of jewellery broken? It's a heart sinking feeling when something you adore isn't at it's best particularly something as joyful as jewellery. Whether it be a broken clasp or misshapen earring drop us an email, preferably with a photograph, to find out if we can renew the love of your favourite item.

Similarly if you have a current piece of jewellery that you would like remodelled, refashioned or updated email us for a discussion.

Custom orders are welcomed as well as requests for similar items in different colours, lengths or sizes.
